Complaints related to C.B from any sources are considered with authentic evidences prior any investigation and further actions. Procedure of complaint resolution is considered to handle the situation and entire scenario in all cases normally instead of urgent cases the provisionary protocols are used post of decision made by TC/ Board of Management.
Appeals from C.B against the complaint are handled and investigated as well through neutral TC/ BoM. It requires to follow the normal and provisional procedure by the assigned team of individual or group of individual. C.B
representatives are assigned and they remain in contact for entire matter till final decision is taken by IBAS TC/ BoM.
